Privacy screen at the table or free in the room - these are the options you have
Depending on the local conditions in your electoral office, you can freely decide whether to fill out the ballots while standing or sitting at a table. Our tabletop voting booths can be conveniently set up on a tabletop and are available in various sizes, from 60 centimeters (the "Classic S" voting booth) to 110 centimeters wide (the "Classic L" voting booth). You can choose between high-quality plastic voting booths made of 4mm thick polystyrene and the simpler version, the "Eco" voting booth, made of sturdy corrugated cardboard. All tabletop voting booths can be folded or collapsed, making them very space-saving when stored. Standing voting booths are a good alternative because they can be set up anywhere in the room and already have their own storage area for ballots. Our "Basic" voting booth is equipped with hinges that allow for quick assembly and disassembly, and, like the tabletop voting booths, can be folded flat for storage. The "Ultimate" voting booth is particularly practical thanks to its lightweight construction. It can be easily transported and assembled by one person, and the tabletop is height-adjustable, allowing for barrier-free access. Outside of election days, it can also be used as a display case. You can also find useful accessories for the "Ultimate" voting booth here, such as carrying bags, curtains, and battery-operated LED strips for lighting.
Individual voting booths
The plastic voting booths are made of the same material as our ballot boxes, are recyclable, and of high quality. These are the original voting booths typically used in local, state, or federal elections. We supply these voting booths in neutral gray as standard; however, we are also happy to print them according to your wishes, for example, with the city coat of arms, club, or company logo.
Lineup at the polling station - have you thought of everything?
To ensure everything runs smoothly on election day, you should consider the following when selecting your voting booths: Voting booths should be positioned so that they are within the field of vision of poll workers to ensure that only one voter is in them at a time. You are free to decide whether you prefer table-top or standing voting booths. However, please ensure that there is sufficient space between the booths to allow barrier-free access. The voting booth should have a sturdy writing surface. Only ballots filled out with a writing pen (e.g., ballpoint pen) are valid. You should have such a pen available in the booth and also ensure that all booths have the same pens, or pens with the same writing power. Ballots must not be identifiable by the color of the ink or similar characteristics.
